Already passed the 24-hour window? Send an email to your coach at coach@imprezstudios.com to let them know you need to change your appointment, and we’ll put you on a waitlist for the earliest possible slot.

We are committed to safeguarding any personal information you will be entrusting to us. All our clients’ information will be kept strictly confidential.

The 7 business day support period begins the day of your debrief call, which is the same day that you receive your first drafts. For 7 business days (Monday to Fridays except public holidays) after this call, you may contact your coach to ask questions or request edits, as long as these requests are in line with the objectives you agreed to during the kick-off call.

The exact time needed to complete the edits will depend on your coach’s availability.

After the 7 business day support period, your order will be considered complete and no further edits can be made free of charge.

After the 7 business day support period, we will no longer be able to make any further edits on your résumé or application materials free of charge. And because we need to ensure we are fully available for active customers, we may not be able to respond to individual questions once your support period is over.

But don’t worry! We offer a range of follow up services for customers after their support period. These include 1-hour “ask anything” consultation hours, résumé refresh packages, and preferential pricing for future services.

We take extensive measures to ensure that we will deliver a résumé you’ll love. This starts with a detailed kick-off call where align our goals for your résumé and define the exact objectives. The debrief call is also an important part of the process, in which we will explain our approach and show you how it can advance those objectives.

From experience, our clients typically request 0-1 revision round before they happily send off their new, competitive résumé.
